Red Brick Media is a high quality audio and video recording studio, producing and editing class-leading authentic Islamic multimedia products for retail and wholesale purposes. Using professional equipment and experienced staff, high-quality products are assured with a large number of titles available. We have a wide variety of subjects covered with something for everyone.

How Do I Order?

There are 4 ways you can shop with us: online, by post, by phone or in person.

Online - www.redbrickmedia.co.uk  - the quickest way to order from our online collection - Browse our site and add items to your basket. To complete your order, click 'checkout’ and follow the simple instructions on screen.  We accept Paypal payments.

By Post – Send your order with payment to Red Brick Media, 20 Green Lane, Small Heath, Birmingham B9 5DB (UK).

By phone - call us on 0121 713 0087 and leave your contact details. Our Customer Care Team will call you back as quickly as possible and deal; with your enquiry.

In Person – We have a regular retail spot at the GLM shop which is located in the masjid car park, which you are welcome to visit - 20 Green Lane, Small Heath, Birmingham B9 5DB.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

A.

Your order will be delivered to your door within 14 working days. On occasion, there may be a small delay if items are on re-order or at peak season (Ramadan/Eid). If you include your email address when you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If your parcel has not arrived after 10 days, please contact us for a delivery update.

How Much Does Delivery Cost?

All prices displayed include P&P and VAT. The price you see is the price you pay!

How Do I Exchange an Item?

A.

If you have ordered an item which appears to be faulty and want to exchange it for something else, email us stating the nature of the fault and we will send you our returns and exchange instructions. The items must be unopened, sealed and in original packaging before they can be returned to us. Please have the details of the item you wish to return, and the item you wish to exchange it for, at hand when you call. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the return postage costs.

What Payment is Accepted?

We accept payments by cheque, postal orders (both made out to RED BRICK MEDIA))

All payments made through the website are 100% secure and safe. We use the Paypal payment gateway system which is recommended by major high street banks and has an excellent track record of confidentiality and professionalism. The highest forms of encryption are utilized. Further to this, most credit card companies protect their customers from online fraud by covering them financially.
